Welcome to My Next Fitness Session! We have been helping people of all ages, shapes, sizes and abilities for over 17 years. We understand that starting exercise again can be daunting, but we specialize in making everyone feel welcome. As long as you’re moving, you’re a success in our eyes!
When you train with us, you’ll be able to do what you can, and our trainers will make sure you’re catered to, no matter your ability. My Next Fitness Session is similar to personal training, but without the cost, but still the accountability! We’ll work with you to achieve your goals – your success is our success. When training with My Next Fitness Session, you’ll never do the same session twice. We cater to all fitness levels and we have experienced trainers who will work with you to help you reach your goals.
Free Trial
We believe you’ll love our Sessions so much, that before we ask for any monetary commitment, we encourage you to trial a session with us.
Accountability Model
We are BIG believers in support through accountability. Through our personalised accountability model, you’ll always be in communication with your trainer.
No Contracts
We don’t have lock-in contracts or limited holidays in our memberships (which run on a 4-weekly basis). Just let your trainer know when you’ll be away.
Sense of Community
Training together provides another level to your training. Being connected to those in your community not only naturally makes training even more fun, but it brings you closer to yourself and your training.
Fun Environment
At My Next Fitness Session - it’s the simple differences that make our training so much fun. We create an environment for people to play in the outdoors and ultimately have more fun.
THE BENEFITS OF OUTDOOR FITNESS
Apart from all the benefits of being outside in general; training outdoors has a whole lot of positive physiological benefits. The space to move, the sounds of birds, the smell of salt water, the uneven ground and uncontrolled temperatures. Moving outdoors is how we have evolved and much like avoiding refined, processed foods, training outdoors would be avoiding refined, processed movement patterns.
You can NOT create what we have indoors and actually, the synthetic indoor training environment will always leave participants lacking physically, philosophically and most importantly, spiritually! I very quickly learned that training outdoors and being susceptible to the elements ultimately builds our community.
